• Additionally, I gained experience in generating and executing cutter paths for feasibility models (stepover and cutter path direction adjusted accordingly) including full size vehicles, door panels, and center consoles, as well as milling b-surface data into specific areas of the model for plastic part fitment.
• Furthermore, I occasionally worked in the wind tunnel as a sculptor where we were given direction on changes that needed to be made rapidly by hand, which were all done between wind tunnel testing.

• Unisteel is a subsidiary of ellwood. Our building cuts, mill, and grind steel blocks and rounds to customer specifications. I was an industrial band saw operator and my duties consists of cutting up to 28 different types of steels varying from 1018 to h13 superior, maintaining the band saws by cleaning them and changing out the blades. I have been trained to operate an Amada 400, 550, 700, and Behringer. I was also a cnc machinist, bridgeport mill, and grinder operator. My duties included grinding and milling steel and aluminum flats to customer specs and tolerances to within 1 thousandths of an inch, file all edges of flats to ensure handler is safe from punctures or cuts, and maintain shop area and machine upkeep. I've been trained to operate and maintain an Amada 430 and Amada 460 duplex, Takumi cnc, cincinnati bridgeport, blanchard grinder, mattison grinder.

• At DMS, I'm a line operator. We build dash boards (instrument panels) for Ford vehicles including the Focus, Navigator (Lincoln), Taurus, and F-150, and now the Lincoln Continental. Responsibilities include properly routing wire harness throughout instrument panel units, securing electrical grounds and connections, installing in-dash radios, gps, and camera modules, and identifying and resolving issues that may come up while producing parts. Part of my job as well is to make sure quality is at 100% before anything leaves the our plant.
