Over the last 8+ years, I’ve grown into recruiting through a mix of sourcing and full cycle work, hiring across software engineering and beyond. I’ve supported roles at every level, from interns and experienced ICs to managers, directors, and executives. In another life, I even tried my hand at all things People Operations at a bootstrapped, Gov-tech startup company. These days I’m at Mercury, where I get to partner with incredibly talented engineers and hiring managers to build thoughtful, scalable teams in fintech.
