• I am currently working in Khatabook, a start-up which is thriving to make every business go digital instead of following the same traditional method of book-keeping and making it easy to grow their business.
• 1. I have worked in one of their great products called "Cashbook" is basically a digital Khata/ledger curated for the needs of small to medium business owners or even to manage personal transactions on a day-to-day basis. This was a free to use application present on Android & iOS platforms.
• 2. I am currently into a project called "BizAnalyst" which simply is tally on mobile. All the data which is stored on tally is made into a user friendly mobile application through a desktop app. This simply reduces the dependency of business owners on accountants to get a quick update on the same.
• > Not only does the app display data, it also allows users to make voucher entries remotely without the need of a desktop system.
• > The sync happens as follows: Client <-> DesktopApp <->Tally ERP
• I have been striving hard to deliver quality products to our consumers, working on Android/iOS and Desktop platforms. I have been consistent in delivering in tight deadlines and I have received multiple "Shoutouts" via the company wide Townhall held monthly.
• I have curated an RC checklist which has led to all the other QA folks follow a set standard/reference document, which is crucial as this will reduce the chances of critical misses during testing.
• I have also been learning regularly, to level-up and also to leverage my skills to benefit my employer.

• I was into 2 jobs at once, I had shift system in IBM which led to having ample of time to explore my skills. I learnt testing through certification programs on Udemy, Coursera, Youtube and gained valuable knowledge and key insights into this career path.
• I then applied the knowledge gained of free lancing websites such as Upwork, Truelancer, Freelance India, Fiverr, Toptol etc. This gave me exposure and I had to learn, unlearn and relearn a few concepts practically.

• I utilised their product, technology, industry and/or services skills to identify problems which may be related to product installation, update, configuration, operations or performance. I guide the client, advising on potential resolutions and their implementation, and play a key role in overall client

• I also took the initiative to provide refresher/regular training sessions on different process topics as a process trainer
• I had implemented an idea named "Digital Refresher Hub" for the new joiners to scale up faster.

• This was an apprenticeship under contract from MHRD, where I got to explore one of the leading FMCG manufacturer Nestlé.
• I have worked as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Nestle in Nanjangud plant.
• My key responsibilities there included measurement and improvement of the KPI's (Key
• Performance Indicators) of the Factory, Manpower Reduction and reduction of total
• man days, Line and Time study, Work measurement and Stoppage Analysis.
• I had carried out several man-power reduction projects and also have analysed the
• correct manpower requirements.
• I had used used various tools such as the Fish bone Diagram, Why Why Analysis, GSTD, DMAIC
• for analysing the Stoppages.
• I also had created several presentations for the Factory and conducted several
• competitions to resolve major breakdowns occurring in the factory over several days.
• I also have had hands-on experience in using the Pivot table, V-Lookup, H-Lookup and also
• generated macros for auto calculation of Planned Stoppages, Unplanned Stoppages
• and Asset Intensity.

• My first internship was with one of the word's largest 2 wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company
• In my 1 month of internship, I got to see and observe the fascinating assembly line production system.
• I worked on a mini project and this was aimed at reducing stoppages in the TVS Apache assembly
• line. I had theoretically learnt about concepts such as Time and motion study, Kanban, Heijunka, here I was able to apply those concepts practically. This helped me learn, unlearn and relearn a few things which improved my abilities to use these to my advantage whenever needed.
