• Fraud Detection | Loan Propensity Framework: Built a fraud detection and loan propensity framework to remove fraudulent customers in digital lending through traditional and non-traditional data sources seeking for loan propensity, thereby reducing the business losses in the portfolio.
• Credit Risk Scorecard: Built risk scorecards using traditional and non-traditional data sets for leading NBFCs and banks for credit decisions and assessing the risk for customers under unsecured small-ticket loan schemes.
• Credit Policies: Built credit policies for personal loans, consumer durables, and two-wheeler segments and closely monitored them to tweak as per performance.
• Our team dealt with ~10TB of data per month and served 1 Lakh+ API requests per day, successfully fulfilling credit underwriting in personal loans, consumer durables, and virtual credit cards. We utilized a range of cutting-edge tools and techniques, including Scala, Python, SparkR, SparkScala, R, deep learning, CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU, NLP, and ML algorithms.
