About

Empowering people, redefining workplaces, and turning workforce strategy into business outcomes this has shaped my 30+ year journey in HR leadership. At Prompt Personnel, I focus on building high-trust, employee-first workplaces, driving engagement, well-being, and progressive HR practices. This has contributed to the organization being Great Place to Work-certified for four consecutive years. Throughout my tenure, I have been instrumental in building and expanding a strong client base across industries such as Engineering & Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, and Services. I began my journey in 2002, managing Temporary Staffing for SIFY Broadband Services, followed by leading a pan-India Managed Services engagement for Tata Communications. In 2009, I established the Permanent Staffing division, scaling it into a strong business vertical. Since 2022, I have been heading HR, driving culture, capability-building, and workforce strategy. I have championed progressive policies such as menstruation leave and enhanced maternity benefits, reinforcing our commitment to employee well-being. In 2024, I launched the Learning & Development vertical, starting with a focused PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) offering and now diversifying into corporate training solutions. My work has been recognized with the Sharda Mukherjee Award for Industrial Relations (1991), presented by the late Chief Justice of India, Ranganath Mishra. I believe that when organizations invest deeply in their people, performance and business success naturally follow.
