• Being the main point of contact for employees queries on HR topics.
• Conducing employee onboarding and offboarding process.
• Work closely with management on building and implementing employee retention plans.
• Recruitment process and on boarding process – strategic planning, job description, and interviewing.
• Analyzing metrics and trends and provide advice based on this data.
• Managing employee performance review.
• Providing HR policy guidance and assisting in the development and implementation of the policy.
