I have worked on both external and internal machine learning platforms, including AWS SageMaker and Salesforce’s in-house Hawking platform, to support a range of industry-specific use cases.
I led the integration of SageMaker-based Bring Your Own Model (BYOM) capabilities with Salesforce Data Cloud. As part of this initiative, we developed two key ML models:
A Net Zero model that predicts total energy consumption by stationary assets.
A vehicle engine condition model using telematics data, which was featured at Salesforce Dreamforce and AWS re:Invent as part of the Auto Cloud initiative.
I also contributed to the development of an internal directory service that uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable semantic search for Salesforce employees based on their skills and areas of expertise.
We created RAG Studio, a tool that ingests document text into Salesforce Data Cloud and generates a semantic search index using embedding-based techniques.
Additionally, I helped migrate the Industries setup screens to the Builder Framework, leveraging Redux for state management on the front end.
I have also explored and implemented solutions for optimization and forecasting use cases across various industry domains.
More recently, I’ve been working on building a knowledge graph powered by LLMs, along with developing semantic models that convert natural language queries into SOQL/SQL, allowing agents to retrieve CRM data using conversational inputs.

I was part of Tech Futures team of Intuit and worked on Knowledge Engineering. As part of this team, I was responsible for auto generation of KE components like structured form from compliance pdfs, completeness and calc and its integration with knowledge engineering platform. We built a platform where support to train/generate machine learning models to extract artifacts from compliance pdf is provided. I was also responsible for designing and building micro services which are deployed on IKS (Intuit Kubernetes Service) and on AWS.
In the past, I worked on using data to solve a fundamental compliance problem -- how to automate calculations in compliance (e.g. tax, payroll) forms. I built a platform for generating structured representations of compliance forms from multiple visual source compliance forms.
I also created experimentation system 'MintLabs' on mobile platform that enables developers to create experiments to add functionality to Mint(www.mint.com) without touching Mint codebase or wait for a play store release
Created Android based OAuth Login widget and Doc Review widget. These widgets are used by Google featured Turbotax app.
Also designed and developed companion app Tax Online Mobile and Tax Link on Android platform.
