About

I turn rooms full of opinions into one decision—then ship the program that proves it. I’m a management consultant at PwC who specializes in stakeholder-heavy, data-driven delivery: aligning C-suite intent with ground truth, taming dependencies, and landing adoption. Business Development, pitch decks, proposal heavy brain on-the-go. At PwC India, I’ve run program governance for an enterprise leadership dashboard cascade at a major O&G : shared definitions, Chairman↔CXO decision cadence, and measurable time-to-insight. In parallel, I have build GTM strategies for Lighthouse and turning R&D from cost to profit center. Earlier stints at Accenture, Tech Mahindra, and GE Renewable Energy (TPM) had me shipping MVPs and analytics across IoT/cloud/data that influenced multi-million cost decisions My Stakeholder Operating System: Map → align → commit: power–interest grid, incentives, “red territories,” clear owners; turn stakeholders into co-owners. Narrative that travels: exec one-pagers, PRD/FRD distilled to “why now/why this,” decision logs that survive forwards. Cadence that sticks: weekly SteerCos, risk & dependency radar (RAID) with real SLAs. Adoption as a metric: champions, training, comms, and usage telemetry (time-to-insight, active users, task success). Data contract first: shared definitions, change controls so dashboards/AI features don’t rot. Receipts: Leadership dashboards (Chairman/Directors, PSU): unified KPIs, faster decisions, cleaner governance. GenAI → Digital Twin (EPC): opportunity map, prioritized experiments, integration path. Cost-out analytics & MVPs (consulting/product): shipped to prod, drove multi-million impact and cut cycle time. Automation & migration (GE Renewable): six-figure annual savings and significant manual-hours removed. Signals: CSPO® • PwC (Digital Strategy, Energy/O&G) • ex-Accenture (BA), ex-Tech Mahindra (Renewable Energy/Supply Chain Cost) • GE Renewable (DTLP internship) How I plug in: Amazon: mechanisms, PR/FAQ discipline, cross-org delivery for marketplace/ops AI. Microsoft: enterprise AI adoption at scale; change mgmt for Copilot-class programs. Flipkart: seller/ops analytics, last-mile experiments that lift GMV & retention. Meta: engagement experiments, infra-level program orchestration across teams. Google: Gemini for Workspace→ Orchestrate org-wide rollout programs: comms, champions, usage KPIs (active users, task success, time-to-insight) If you’re building the next AI platform or feature stack and need someone who can align leaders, ship the roadmap, and show the money, let’s talk.
