In my 12+ years of Recruiting & Business partnering experience, I have worked across a rich and diverse portfolio. I have hired across a range of job roles - from Software Engineers to marketeers, from university hires to lateral industry hires.   • Most challenging job I have taken up in my whole career of recruiting has been to be recruited as "Mother". Parenting isn't an easy feat, this job requires the whole you (mentally, physically, socially & emotionally)- days when you aren't even going to get time to do some basic stuff, let alone going for a run. Happy to say that it has been the most rewarding job for me, you need to unlearn and learn every second. Everything has expiry date but parenting is a lifelong job and one needs to be a lifelong learner for that.
