• Designed and developed a new feature, Advanced Data Grouping and Chunking for HCM Data Loader(HDL). This feature ensures that data pertaining to an entity such as Person, Work Relationship, Job etc. are grouped and ordered in the proper way. Grouping and ordering is vital so as to perform all the validations on the entity in the loading phase.
• Worked in HCM File Based Loader(FBLv1). FBLv1 is a modification of HR2HR Coexistence Solution which allows data from any legacy system to be extracted and loaded in to Oracle Fusion. HR2HR relies on ODI(Oracle Data Integrator) for loading data initially into the database. This dependency is removed in FBLv1, hence implementation team could write their own custom extraction processes.
• Resolved software defects reported against HR2HR. HR2HR is a coexistence solution which allows the customers to move data in to Oracle Fusion target system from ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft or any other legacy systems. This enables the customers to use modules provided by Fusion Applications. Coexistence is achieved through the incremental data loads from the source system to Fusion. HR2HR is primarily for the HCM domain.
