Psychologist & Talent Specialist, I'm passionate about helping individuals from different cultures work together and thrive. I started my journey in HR in Brazil, after graduating as a Psychologist. Moving to Germany years later, I experienced first-hand the challenges of being an immigrant, having to adapt to a new culture and to repurpose my career. It wasn't an easy journey but each step was worth it. Today what moves me is working to make it easier for others who also want to transition their careers abroad. I support organizations in recruiting and integrating international talent, as well as I consult individuals, helping them navigate the job market big waves toward achieving their career goals.
