• Led the Bangalore site on a Global Hiring model (Level Up) and defined, implemented the process & tools, and coached the hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers on hiring the top talents while having a great candidate experience.
• Co-led the Unity for Women at PayPal Bangalore. Unity is an employee resource group focused on achieving gender equity at PayPal.​​​​​​ Our community of women and allies drives positive culture change to achieve gender equity through education, communication, community building, active allyship, internal collaboration, and product development.
