As a content manager for Partnering Marketing at Freshworks, I lead of team of 4 that works on creating any and all that needs to be created for Tech Parnterships (ISV Partners) at Freshworks. Here's a list of primary responsibilities of the team. ->Working with partners to craft joint solutions that will form the base of our GTM Plans. ->Work on ideating and executing campaigns that highlight how Freshworks and partners can help businesses ace CX with the right tools. This includes taking ownership of themes, content, social media and marketing content for promotions, speakers content etc. ->Building a social community on LinkedIn for partners ->Working with internal stakeholders at Freshworks to create opportunities to showcase partners in company events and campaigns. ->Building sale and marketing collaterals that can be used by our customer facing teams to pitch integrations to customers. ->Generating organic traffic through a variety of organic content hosted on partner domain - this includes blogs, back links. ->Generating organic traffic on the Freshworks domain through a variety of organic content related to integrations and apps, this includes - blogs written by partners, SEO focused pages for partners, video content with partners etc. Previous experiene: Worked as the content lead for Ruuh, an artificial intelligence developed by Microsoft India. As team lead, was in charge of developing bot personality and other editorial services. Worked closely on developing social media presence and worked in collaboration with the tech team to build 'skills' for the bot.
