• The classification of snakes between Spectacled Cobra (Najanaja) and Russell's Viper (Daboia russelii) was done based on local binary patterns and convolutional neural networks (CNN). For the classification processes, the data set was pre-processed using OpenCV (Python language). The preprocessed data were trained using CNN. For this project, a prototype device for the classification of snakes was developed.
• Individual elephant identification in captivity using convolutional neural networks (CNN); Python was used for coding.This identification process is done using image processing techniques. An application was created, and it works like this: an image is captured using the app and submitted. First, it determines whether the image is of an elephant or not; if it is, the identification process is complete; if not, we must capture and submit another image.The first phase of the project was to check whether this binary identification of individual elephants was workable or not.

• In the project - "Crosstalk between HER receptor and STAT"
• The main objective of the work was to simulation and computational modelling of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signalling pathways for the detail study of signalling pathways function in the HME cell line.
• Detail studied of the Crosstalk between HER receptor and STAT (“Integrated analysis reveals that STAT3 is central to the crosstalk between HER/ErbB receptor signalling pathways in human mammary epithelial cells”) was done.
• More data about the STAT3 signalling pathway were collected for the simulation and modelling of the signalling pathway. Code was developed for STAT3 signalling pathway in C++ language and plotting of the profiles using the R interface.
