Documentation : Handling US documentation of candidates like - I9 process, H1B , PAF and other amendment. Also handling India office documentation and other related task . Cold Calling and Email Outreach: I actively engage in cold calling and email outreach to connect with potential candidates, fostering relationships and introducing them to job opportunities. AI Video Production: I create and edit AI videos or promotional content to showcase the company's culture and opportunities, enhancing our employer brand. Freelance Talent Database: I maintain a database of freelancers for IT positions, ensuring a diverse pool of resources for project-based work. Recruitment: I handle recruitment for IT and non-IT profiles and maintain own database. Content Writing: I contribute to the company's content strategy by writing and publishing blog posts on the company website, which helps in attracting potential candidates. Portal Management: I manage various job portals, including LinkedIn, Naukri.com , etc post job listings and source candidates. Relationship Building: I nurture and maintain strong relationships with college placement officers to facilitate the hiring process and tap into their network of potential candidates.
