• Things I did at Amazon that were above and beyond my regular work were:
• 1. As a Subject Matter Expert for the Global E-learning Programs, I collaborated with Instructional Designers and Program Managers to build E-courses that aim to educate investigators and reduce their defects.
• 2. I designed promotional content (flyers, banners, certificates, etc) for the rewards and recognition team.
• 3. I designed the Quarterly newsletter for the Hyderabad Site.
