• At DigiCert, I worked as a Full Stack Engineer and have taken on both backend and frontend responsibilities on multiple projects.
• Designed and owned an internal lock-management system (Shedlock Admin Tool) to detect, inspect, and safely resolve stale distributed locks. The system reduced operational risk, removed manual DBA intervention, and improved overall reliability through pagination, secure coding practices, and Splunk-based observability for auditability and real-time diagnosis.
• Designed a resilient account-recovery and retry orchestration system to safely reconnect OneLogin accounts with DigiCert One. Focused on idempotency, failure handling, and recovery paths to ensure onboarding workflows remained reliable under partial failures.
• Contributed to the ACME dashboard by designing maintainable frontend–backend interaction patterns, ensuring UI components reflected backend state accurately and could evolve without tight coupling.
• Implemented an observability strategy for the CertCentral subscription model, integrating Sentry with replay sessions and artifact uploads to surface systemic UI failures early and enable faster root-cause analysis across releases.
• Worked cross-functionally to translate subscription-domain requirements into stable system boundaries, ensuring backend constraints, data correctness, and lifecycle rules were accurately reflected in product behavior.
• Led security hardening of Windows applications by identifying and mitigating DLL loading vulnerabilities, strengthening the system’s trust boundaries and compliance posture.
• Designed and implemented an automated certificate reissue system for OV/DV certificates, focusing on correctness, safe retries, and minimal operational overhead during renewal and failure scenarios.
