• I serve as the leader of a product development team, overseeing 10 direct reports. In this role, I take charge of the end-to-end product development process, meticulously designing each application's architecture within the microservices framework. This comprehensive design process encompasses everything from high-level design (HLD) to detailed low-level design (LLD). It includes automated application setup, ERD modeling when necessary, and the definition of application context and features.
• One of the most exhilarating projects I've been involved in is the implementation of session sharing. Given that our product is built on microservices architecture, where each application functions independently, session sharing proved instrumental in streamlining application context information at the shared session store. This significantly boosted overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams is a key aspect of my role. I actively contribute to the strategic planning and development of product features, managing their entire life cycle. Beyond my responsibilities on the product, I play an integral role in the Innovation team. Here, we focus on creating in-house frameworks that foster reusability and standardization across different products.
• Furthermore, I extend my involvement to collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team within the organization. This multifaceted engagement allows me to contribute to various facets of the company's growth and innovation, showcasing my commitment to leadership, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
