At Finify, I work as a Growth Associate where I help clients use our platform for their P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes. Most of my work involves preparing customer, vendor, and item master data in Excel, cleaning duplicates, fixing formatting issues, and making sure everything is accurate before the client starts using the system.
I also support clients during UAT by checking their workflows, helping them identify upload issues, and guiding them on how to use the platform correctly for AP/AR, invoices, POs, and GRNs. Whenever something doesn’t work as expected, I troubleshoot the issue, find the root cause, and coordinate with our tech team to get it resolved.
Along with this, I help clients understand how their existing process will fit into Finify. I explain the steps, give product training, and make sure they feel confident using the platform. I manage 8–10 enterprise accounts and stay in touch with them regularly to answer doubts, fix issues, and support their day-to-day operations.
My role mainly focuses on keeping data clean, making the onboarding process smoother, resolving workflow problems, and maintaining clear communication between the client and our development team.
