Accessibility (a11y)
Led the accessibility initiative for our Flutter web app, starting with our internal design system. I implemented comprehensive a11y support across all UI components - covering screen reader (VoiceOver) compatibility, proper color contrast, and keyboard navigation. Before this, the platform had no accessibility support. This effort not only improved our product’s inclusivity but also gave me a deep understanding of the importance of accessible design, regulatory compliance, and the technical implementation of a11y at scale. I then rolled out these improvements across dozens of app pages.
Product & UX Improvements
Worked closely with designers to propose and introduce meaningful UX enhancements. I was the first to introduce shimmer loading placeholders in data tables and implemented in-component loading states across the product, significantly improving perceived performance and user experience. These contributions were beyond my core responsibilities and demonstrate my ability to take initiative, work independently, and bring additional value to the product and user experience.
Charge Subscriptions
I played a key role implementing the charge subscription system in Hub to enable B2B customers to effectively make more revenue out of their charge points. Along the way we built the discount system to clients can give discounts on special days such as Christmas
Design System
I was one of the principal engineers building & maintaining Monta's design system to ensure quality, and consistent UIs across multiple products. I built various components such as Calendar, powerful Popups, and more from the ground up without relying on Material or Cupertino.
