About

Over the last 18 years, I’ve worked across technology and business as a product leader, consultant, operator, advisor, founder, and investor. I spent more than a decade leading product teams at Fidelity and Charles Schwab, shipping platforms that millions still use today. I later collaborated with senior leaders and technology teams at Dell, LyondellBasell, Eli Lilly, Weatherford, WEC Energy Group, DTE, and Worley, helping design data and AI capabilities and lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. I’ve also built successful ventures from the ground up. I founded Coffee Sac, a specialty single serve coffee brand, and Cafemandu, a Nepali inspired restaurant in Dallas, Texas. I handled product design, sourcing, operations, hiring, finance, and go to market for both, and exited them profitably. Building from zero taught me how decisions really play out when resources are limited and execution matters. Now, I’m building Chalise House. Chalise House exists to serve mid market companies & SMBs that are expected to operate with enterprise level sophistication, but without enterprise sized teams or budgets. We deliver fit for purpose AI solutions that can be deployed quickly, along with practical IT services that drive real outcomes without blowing up costs. Simply put, we bring enterprise experience while operating with founder level urgency. Chalise House is built for companies outgrowing improvisation but refusing to overspend. In other words; we’re built for and serve businesses in the middle that are too big for guesswork, too lean for waste.
