This solution provided robust asset management and real-time data collection and analysis, significantly improving operational efficiency, safety, and asset performance.
• Successfully architected and implemented a scalable and efficient product architecture using Node.js, Angular.js, AWS DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, AWS Amplify DataStore, MongoDB, and MongoDB Realm.
• Oversaw the development of offline sync with attachments, shift handover reports, workflow management, localisation and compliance reporting dashboards, resulting in increased customer base from 3 to 10 generating $1million ARR.
• Architected a tailored offline synchronization solution that addresses the limitations to ensure seamless data syncing and reliability in offline scenarios which reduced time to sync from 45 minutes to under 2 minutes for a customer having assets around 200K, and we were able to successfully close the business contract of $200K ARR.

• Managed a team of 15+ backend & frontend engineers of different tech stacks including Java, Node.js, ReactJS, iOS, Android, in designing and delivering configurable widgitization of product detail page from backend, which increasing user retention from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Led a cross-functional engineering team for the launch of OLXAutos Indonesia web platform (https://www.olxautos.co.id/) which increased number of cars sold on the platform by 20%.

• Launched Buyer side of platform using multi-tenant architecture to new market's MX/CL to enable business expansion in LATAM market.
• Led a team of 8 people from the backend, PWA, Android & IOS to build a safety product within 3 weeks as mandated by Ministry of Home Affairs to reduce fraud.
• Identified opportunities for cost reduction, one of which is merging of two Cassandra clusters, leading to better utilization of resources and saving of $120K yearly.
• Identified issue with EC2 instance type used for Cassandra nodes, which was the root cause for suboptimal performance as the nodes were throttled by bandwidth and IOPS of EBS volume.
• Migrated the nodes from c5.4xlarge to i3.2xlarge which improved the performance and reduced cluster cost by 30%. Changes resulted in increased system reliability and improved user experience.
