As an Senior Manager at Salesforce.com, I worked on adding real-time features and capabilities to Salesforce.com's Chatter (including Chat and Presence). Also worked on the Chatterbox project (now part of Salesforce Files). I was born in India, and did my bachelors from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Optimisation techniques like Genetic Algorithm were used to improve the performance of swarm as a whole.
