About

Creativity has been the cornerstone of my journey, from being part of my high school art team to leading large-scale creative operations in the e-commerce industry today. I’ve always been drawn to the power of perspective—how a single idea, when thoughtfully shaped, can resonate deeply with people and make them feel like it was crafted just for them. With 10 years of experience in the e-commerce space, I currently serve as a Studio Manager at Landmark Group. In this role, I lead the creative direction for catalog benchmarks across four major brands: Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, and Babyshop. I manage a team of 33 talented individuals—including photographers, stylists, makeup artists, image editors, video editors, graphic designers, 3D artists, and studio assistants—working across three studios. My core responsibility is to ensure that every visual we produce reflects the brand’s unique voice and appeals to its audience. From pre-production to post-production, I’m deeply involved in each stage: briefing the team, aligning with brand managers and clients, booking models through agencies, and overseeing quality checks before deliverables go live. This role is a blend of creative vision, people management, and operational finesse, and it has helped me grow immensely both as a leader and a creator. What drives me every day is the opportunity to create meaningful imagery that tells a story, evokes emotion, and strengthens brand identity.
