I come from an Army background, I've lived across the country and hence always been open to diverse experience and the need to adapt to new environments.   • Led a 1 year recruitment project with over 300 Headcount, 30 Hiring Managers and 5 recruiters.
  • Impact: We delivered on hiring metrics(all within timelines set), created a recruitment + stakeholder management strategy, initiated a continuous talent mapping & benchmarking activity, became TA advisors.
  • Honest opinion: It didn't come easy, TA was evolving from a service provider to a valued advisor to business, stakeholder management was different, reporting at scale was a challenge and recruiting at a never ending pace was nerve wrecking. However, these building blocks from the foundation of my experience and there was a ton of learning in the process.
