• I was part of an agile team responsible for the front end development of Samsung's online marketplace experience targeted for mobile platforms.

• My team was responsible for maintaining a tool used for backing up and restoring of oracle database. We supported the tool with regular resolution of issues and occasional feature requests. During the time, I developed the skills around maintaining and understanding large and complex codebases, analyzing the code and deriving quick conclusions, working with proprietary development and testing frameworks.
• We throughout kept the pending issue count in check, working effectively under pressured situations. We were quickly able to resolve the escalated customer issues as a team, sometimes requiring us to give more off-the-clock efforts. Part of the job required me to connect with multiple cross teams, which helped me build a network and leverage it later to quickly resolve certain issues.
• One of my major feature push-ins was to track the progress of backup and restore jobs, which largely facilitated the customers and brought much predictable performance tracking.
• I managed to maintain both the productivity and work-life balance in the flexible and high ethics work environment. I developed a good and long-lasting relationship with my peers, which made me comfortable to discuss the work issues even on casual occasions.
