• Boomeranged back to Swiggy for another stint in the Supply team which works for restaurant side of Swiggy.
• 1) Led the restaurant growth and experience products of vendor team end to end along with stakeholders like EM, product and program team. Leading team of 5 - 12 developers for cross functional products across frontend and backend.
• 2) Built multiple products as part of growth
• 2.1) Discount Consent which records restaurant compliance and eligible actions for discount setup. Impact - Restaurant discount setup compliance and new modes of discounts working for restaurant partners.
• 2.2) Built a 0 to 1 product called Discount Configuration revamp. Its an automated end to end product for how discount setup for restaurants done by Supply Operations team. Impact - TAT of discount setup went from 7 days to less than 10 minutes.
• 2.3) Built a 0 to 1 product called Self serve discounting. Its an restaurant facing product facilitating them to configure discounts themselves without the need to any Swiggy POC. Impact - a self serve discount configuration mechanism and reduction in TAT to less than a minute.
• 3) Built multiple products as part of experience side.
• 3.1) Rebuilt the legacy restaurant partner onboarding product to a new version which supports onboarding in the existing Swiggy restaurant partner app. Impact - Decommissioned the old restaurant partner onboarding flow to integrate inside existing Swiggy partner app. Faster TAT of onboarding from 7-10 days earlier to 24 hours.
• 3.2) Built a new mode of handling customer complaints for Swiggy with realtime restaurant partner involvement using a direct customer restaurant phone connect based on customer profile. Impact - Reduce rate of cash burn for Swiggy for customer complaints. Multiple modes of customer gratification.
• Major tech stack - java, golang, mysql, dynamodb, protobuf and grpc, kafka, redis, databricks, prometheus and grafana monitoring.

• Worked on a tech debt to break a legacy monolith system which was one of the earliest systems of swiggy into a microservices world. • Worked in Walmart Fulfillment Services team in IDC. In simple words, it is the platform that enables "Fulfilled by Walmart" in US. The team build services to platformise the fulfillment capabilities of walmart and caters to third party sellers which intends to use the logistics and warehousing solution of walmart to be an online seller whether they intend to sell on walmart US or their own online presence.
• I worked in the backend for seller onboarding and inbounding logistics functionality which handles the seller to onboard on the platform and registering their catalog to us and then inbound purchase orders to store the goods in walmart fulfillment centers.
