I work with founders and small teams to turn raw ideas into production-grade products. Fast execution matters, but durability matters more. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve shipped and scaled real systems at Razorpay, BeGig and CognitiveClouds. At Razorpay, I built analytics dashboards, onboarding flows, and international payments tooling used at scale. At BeGig, as a founding engineer and owned large parts of the platform architecture, taking the product from MVP to a live marketplace. What I actually do well: Build and ship full-stack systems using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Django, and AWS. Take products from zero to production without creating future mess. Design scalable architecture, CI/CD, and developer workflows that teams can grow on. Lead by doing: mentoring engineers, running scrums, and setting engineering standards. I operate in the space between engineer and CTO. I write code, make architectural calls, and help founders avoid expensive technical mistakes early. Outside product work, I mentor developers through 1:1s and small cohorts, focusing on real-world engineering skills, career decisions, and how to think like a product engineer instead of a tutorial consumer.
