I’m a self-taught plant-based chef, a certified hormone health coach, and the founder of The Cinnamon Kitchen. I started my culinary journey fueled by my battle with PCOS since adolescence. This struggle became the catalyst for numerous kitchen experiments, resulting in the creation of health-conscious creations that were delicious. At The Cinnamon Kitchen, is India’s first 100% gluten-free, preservative-free, refined sugar-free, and flour-free plant based D2C brand that’s now foraying into the retail and quick commerce space. We champion mindful eating amid the chaos of modern life. What started as a home kitchen experiment has now become a full scale factory operation that attracts thousands of monthly orders and a lot of love and loyalty from our customers as well as a lot of A list celebrities. Our work has also been featured in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Elle, Femina, and Harper’s Bazaar Beyond business, I take the stage as a coach and mentor in both the fields of whole food plant based desserts and business. It is my way of giving back to the community and providing people guidance that I lacked when I was struggling with health issues and started TCK When I’m not doing any of the above, I unleash my creative side through painting, jet-setting across the globe (read: backpacking) dancing like no one’s watching, and exploring the museums. And for the past year, I’ve been learning the art of Muay Thai, which i enjoy very much for fitness and as a art form that engages both the mind and the body.
