From the Michelin-starred Yauatcha to Jumeirah’s Rivington Grill, one of Dubai’s top British restaurants, and iconic names like ITC Hotels, Taj SATS, and MasterChef India, my journey has been defined by innovation, creativity, and culinary excellence. I’ve designed kitchens, developed menus, and led transformative projects for more than 80 restaurants across India. In 2019, I founded The Mirepoix Hospitalities and launched The Nawaabs — a growing restaurant chain with locations in Mumbai and Agra. I also serve as Director of The Next Ingredient, a culinary consultancy brand that offers end-to-end solutions for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food entrepreneurs across the country.
