Led the development of Orbit Garage — a virtual car dashboard with server-driven UI, 3D vehicle models, and interactive graphs. Led improvements across core user flows (~1.7L DAU) including homepage, onboarding, and checkout. Built a modular, hook-based architecture and implemented personalized home UI via a server-driven system. Also developed a chapter-based video detail page and dynamic app launcher icons for campaigns.
🔹 UAE Consumer App (May 2021 – Aug 2022)
Built the UAE app from scratch, owning architecture, release flow, and cross-team coordination. Integrated analytics (Clevertap), deep linking (Branch), and A/B testing (LaunchDarkly). Used CodePush for live updates and continuously monitored app stability and performance.
