At Rubrik, I am building the Pune office from the ground up, taking the headcount to 30, hand-picking every single engineer over the last year. Meanwhile, my teams are involved in multiple areas, including (but not limited to) Platforms, kernel, security posture, database protection, and NAS. As a senior leader, I am involved in all decisions related to staffing, execution, and technical deliverables for the Pune site. Before owning the Pune charter, I spearheaded two high-performing SaaS data protection teams at Rubrik, harnessing exceptional engineering talent to innovate and grow our cloud offerings. Our success in bootstrapping and launching a major enterprise database protection product has significantly contributed to large Rubrik deals, a testament to my team's skill in scaling and quality execution. My leadership style is defined by fostering internal talent, having mentored and promoted Engineering Managers, while also ensuring rigorous technical oversight through regular design and code reviews.
