• 3) Reviewing & execution of collection strategy for the assigned portfolio & research according to local dynamic
• 4) Capacity planning & portfolio action planning keeping in mind the macro environmental
• 5) Ensuring healthy relationship with all high value customers to maintain a healthy payment track and right resolution
• 6) Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and federal regulations.
