Lead the product management efforts on ML initiatives at NEOGOV by collaborating with Engineering, UI/UX, Data Scientists, Customer success, Sales and Legal teams. This includes defining the product roadmap, leading planning meetings, writing user specs, interacting with customers, conducting usability testing sessions and analyzing customer feedback to better the product
• Launched and conceptualized Insight Lite, a new ATS directed towards smaller employers improving NEOGOV’s revenue by 8%
• Implemented the machine learning based ‘Recruitment Marketing’ feature to predict a job’s current health and automate the process of boosting the job on different job boards. Recruitment Marketing generated a revenue of $500k for NEOGOV.
