Rafi Abu — Business Analyst

I am a BSc (Hons) Computing Systems student at Ulster University and a Dean’s List recipient, recognised for strong academic performance and a commitment to continuous learning. Alongside my studies, I serve as a Student Mentor, supporting first-year students in their academic journey. This role has helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse groups of students. I am currently developing skills in Business Analysis, with a focus on understanding business needs and translating them into clear insights and solutions.
