• Subscription Management System: The combination of Salesforce, Zuora, MuleSoft and Salesforce Marketing Cloud together, built to handle subscriptions for the magazine business. It’s a subscription management system that would handle the whole subscription lifecycle from initiating the subscription, payment capturing, maintaining the subscription, billing and renewal reminders etc.,
• PosRes: PosRes alias Position Reservation is a custom application built on Force.com that handles the reservations of the ad positions. These positions are linked to the opportunity that is created for selling the ads.

• Leading and coordinating every aspect of the project from project planning, development till deployment to production.

• Two Sales Cloud Implementaions: These applications are used in Time Inc. to handle the sales business of Ads for Print, Digital and other types of media. The application is built in SFDC which majorly concentrates on handling opportunities and the sales process. Salesforce sales cloud has been configured and customized to handle the business opportunities.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: The exact target tool has been implemented for the consumer marketing business that handles newsletters, email marketing, billing and renewals processes.

• Project : - Client had two home grown CRM systems “TeamPoint” and “GoldMine”. TeamPoint is a CRM system for the variable products and GoldMine is for fixed products. Both the legacy systems were built in MF COBOL, SQL and VB. Those systems are planned to be migrated into Saesforce.com. A new CRM system is built on Salesforce.com and the old systems were retired.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Interacted with Business users to gather the requirements and documented the requirements and created detailed design documents.

The system handles the end to end process starting from creating a new policy to its surrender/death or annuitization. Here in Allianz the BASS system has been customized to handle only the claim requests. This is the payout system that handles Death Claims, Full/Partial Surrenders, Loans etc.

• Project :- Product Metrics/Reporting Migration: To setup a 5 node distributed Hadoop Cluster. Used for Allianz Life Insurance Corporation has lots of Broker Dealers, Agents, FMO and AFMO’s who take care of selling the policies. Each Agent’s regional office sends the details of daily transaction (enrolment’s, updates to policy, cancellation) to Central System Mainframe system. The feed is form of raw txt file the data is in FIXED line format. Load this file into HDFS to get some real time facts based on the data. 1) Which type of insurance product type is more lucrative to customers as per their location geographies, 2) Which kind of products are selling more according to the seasons, 3) No of customers using the insurance national wide, 4) Pace with which the users are joining. PIG, HIVE is used. Migration of daily reporting into Hadoop was the next Phase.
• Key Responsibilities:

It accepts data from various Data capture Applications (applications that input the data), processes them and updates many important databases. Major financial processes like Direct Debits, Sales Management and Reassurance are handled by exGA Peripherals. NUL Production support team is to provide end to end support for all the Production Issues ranging from Data Fixes, Job Monitoring/Fixing, On Call Support and Change Requests.
