• I currently lead SANSymphony, a block storage virtualization solution that provides a wide range of data services, including data mirroring, encryption, snapshots, replication, e.t.c. This product is specifically designed to support enterprise IT environments, data centers, and organizations in managing their complex and diverse storage infrastructures.
• SANSymphony is a windows based software solution that uses the WDF framework for its multi tiered kernel driver stack and has a solid user space framework for end user interaction
• I manage a team of 20 engineers, development and QA put together, responsible for the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle. In my role, I collaborate closely with the product management team to capture feature requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for engineering. With a deep understanding of various testing, automation, and DevOps practices, I leverage the Agile SDLC methodology to ensure efficient sprint delivery and timely project execution.
• I am responsible for leading a team of development engineers focused on addressing and resolving bugs across the control and data plane of SANSymphony reported by the Customer Engineering team from the field. This includes managing the triage process, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution through collaboration with both the development and QA teams.
• I oversee the process of ensuring SANSymphony obtains necessary certifications from third-party vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, Citrix, and Veeam for end-user deployment with each product release. This involves close collaboration with these companies to acquire and execute the required STAF (Storage Testing Automation Framework) suites. I coordinate running the tests, debugging any product issues that arise, and working with the engineering team to resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with third-party standards and smooth integration for end users.

• Managed at least five technical teams in developing validation framework based on Windows/C++ meant to be used by the storage firmware and validation teams.
• Validation framework is a comprehensive C++ library providing services and features that enable developers to write applications that work with different storage cards (DAS) via card adapters of different types allowing the back-end engineers to send logical and diagnostic commands (as opposed to protocol specific) to a device under test (e.g., a flash card) and see how device firmware behaves.
