I have over 24 years of expertise in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. I've had the opportunity to work on various levels of hiring within Talent Acquisition, from a large number of hiring for shared services set-up to professional services and niche skills hiring at the mid to senior level, particularly in the technology and finance space, to hiring senior executives at CEOs/CXOs and building their teams. I also contributed to the function's strategic success by establishing different models of engagement with partners, building and operating a centralized recruitment operations function within HR CoE, designing, building, and establishing a Channel Management team - which supports all external partnerships and runs internal campaigns for efficient talent supply, vendor engagement, RPO management, enabling Inclusion & Diversity, and building EVP, Talent & Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Technology and Campus Hiring.
