• Performed Sentiment Analysis on data collected from Social media for Nestle, using Unsupervised Learning Model and delivered more than desired accuracy of the model which is used by Nestle to improve product offering and reach.
• Analyzed the data and created WordCloud and Hashtag Counter for each Sentiment.
• Built a supervised Learning Model on the same data after manually tagging and reported desired results.

• Text Classification into 117 categories of feedback about Product using Supervised Learning Algorithms for a multi-billion-dollar revenue earner MNC FMCG company.
• Trained ML models like Naïve Bayes, SVM, RandomForest to perform the classification and reported the best Model. Also used a few advanced techniques like Oversampling to deal with Class Imbalance.
• My project helped in improving product offering by upgrading features and safety in line with COVID-19 norms.
