As the Head of Customer Engineering at Google Cloud, I lead a team of customer engineers who help shape the technology roadmap of organisations by bringing the entire portfolio of Alphabet products, in addition to Google Cloud, to help them be successful. I have over two decades of experience in engineering leadership, consulting, and business ownership, with unparalleled execution excellence and industry transforming results for our customers. Previously, I was the Global Head of Software Development at Tesco PLC, where I architected and delivered large, highly scalable applications and led cross functional development teams that created engaging, connected consumer experiences. I have also been a Technical Director, a Consulting Manager, and a Senior Technical Consultant at various companies, where I applied my skills in cloud infrastructure, middleware, app servers, web services, search, and full stack development. I am passionate about delivering business value with technology, implementing DevSecOps in the enterprise, and enabling cloud adoption for large enterprises.
