• Led the design and implementation of 13+ Customer lifecycle machine learning model such as cross-sell,upsell,attrition and credit card usage enhancement for leading bank in UAE.
• Developed a predictive model to increased forex uptake amoung CASA customers for a credit card focussed-bank,acheived 60 Gini and captured 75 percent events in top 3 decile.
• Woked closely with business teams to align model objective with customer lifecycle strategies.
• Developed modular scripts for automating data quality analysis of multiple dimensions,eliminating 100 percent of manual effort ensuring seamless transition of data to analytical and business team.
• Implemented real-time fraud alert system utilizing Kafka, Redis, MSSQL, and Spring Boot. decreased the number of false positives by 50 percent.
• Developed AML data analytical and inference pipeline using Apache Airflow and Spark on big transaction data resulting in a significant reduction in processing time by 60 percent.
• Developed production scripts for 10+ machine learning models handling 50 million of data size,reducing runtime of models from 7 business days to 1 business day.
