• At SpotDraft, I helped scale the company from ~50 customers to 400+, contributing to ~20x revenue growth and guiding its evolution from a single-product CLM to a multi-product platform. I took Clickthrough, our clickwrap product, from 0-1 and scaled it into a meaningful revenue line contributing ~10% of overall ARR. I managed and mentored a team of 8 Product Managers, drove a customer-first product culture, and institutionalized rituals like Demo Days to strengthen alignment and velocity.
• I also led key cross-functional initiatives across approvals, task center, collaboration tooling, and reliability, while defining AI-driven experiences that made SpotDraft’s contracting workflows faster, smarter, and more accurate.

• As Co-Founder of Glynk - The Community Platform, we pivoted the company into a SaaS platform that helped brands run high-engagement customer communities effortlessly. I owned product, GTM, and customer success end-to-end - from validating the pivot, defining the product thesis, and building the early team, to scaling adoption across brands like Nestaway, AngelOne, Darwinbox, PharmEasy, and Turing. I led sales conversations personally, closed our earliest deals, and built long-term customer relationships based on clarity, speed, and honesty.
• On the product side, I shipped the core platform from the ground up - community workflows, engagement tools, analytics, all optimized to drive retention and ROI for our customers. I built and coached a small, high-output team instilling a culture of shipping fast, listening deeply, and improving relentlessly. My time at Glynk shaped my instincts as a founder: build with taste, scale with discipline, and keep customers genuinely happy.
