• Leading a team of 10 amazing full stack developers and remarkable data science and also kept being HO, our mission was to enable the company to scale 10x without growing the teams 10x.
• This included building a scalable events tracking system, enabling decision using internal A/B test infrastructure
• For marketing we created a single place for the team to be able to drive 7M$ monthly marketing spend, while reducing their daily work.
• For sales we started with building internal CRM to mange all their operation, than moving into integration with sales force
• From ML perspective we created several models, one of each called Intent to be able to predict cvr to paying after taking 24H of data, this was done by building a production machine learning pipe line, which was fully owned by our data science
• From data perspective, all the data was exposed to the company with direct SQL, Redash/metabase, Looker - data democracy is close to my hearth.

• One of my tasks was to bring the correct technology and ensure that we deliver our solution in top speed using the latest infrastructure that was suitable for the task
