After graduating the University I could not continue the in the line of work I studied and I began a new chapter of my life with a new challenge as sales assistant at Altex Romania. Here I really improved my people skills and the focus on client satisfaction. after 5 years I was promoted as departament manager and developed new skills in people management, merchandise management and faced new responsabilities that challenged me everyday as on the spot decisions had to be made several times a day. I fullfilled this role for 2 years but I needed at that point a change in career. I started working at Genpact in 2023 as an AP junior associate. The same year I was promoted to AP senior associate thanks to my abillity of fast learning, development and creation of an Invoice Compliance RPA. During this period as an associate I learned to operate new ERPs and gained knowledge about various areas of AP. I went to take on more responsabilities as Team Leader support and process trainer. These led to antoher promotion as a Management Trainee - AP Team Lead at the beginning of 2025. I see myself as a team player, always there when needed, eager to learn more every day and to gather as much knowledge as possible, never afraid to take on more challenges and/or responsabilities. I'm fluent in Italian and English, beginner in French and Spanish.
