I believe human potential is immense and ability to leverage that in right way can create better world. It is quite interesting my interest in human behavior is rooted back from where I have come from. Getting displaced at a very young and witness to one of the biggest human tragedies of modern India I witnessed death, survival at very close quarters. These events shaped me who I am today. It made me inclusive, empathetic and expert on human behavior When I stepped into the corporate world these experiences rounded my understanding and helped me to deliver value by connecting human potential to generate value for business I worked across various industries from manufacturing, services to IT. This cross industry and culture exposure helped me to bring versatility in my thought process. Human potential is immense but at the same time humans are complex to deal with. When I connect this human potential to the business world, I see future of business will depend on how they will leverage human potential to create value for business and society at large. I can help companies to build the Organization design to propel the business growth I can help in create the success matrix for the leadership and culture of the organization. As a practitioner in the industry, I had the responsibility not only to create but execute the strategy as well. And I discovered my ability to conceptualize and be concrete at the same time this capability set me ahead of my peers in achieving the outcomes set by Organization. I wrote widely acclaimed papers on Engaging Indian Millennials G-Localized Leadership and HR Future Readiness. I am Mentor For Change with NITI Aayog and I pioneered the concept of adaptive leadership India for which I was facilitated by Evolving Corporate Universities forum in Singapore. When I look at future, I surely see people component more than ever important ingredient for the business success and to create better societies
