Hi, thank you for visiting my profile! I am currently working at Hexaware Technologies as a Management Trainee through its HFLX program. My designation is HRBP for the APAC-ME region. A job responsibility that is really making me expand my thinking horizon and helping me develop various human quotients. It is pushing me to network and become digital friendly - challenges for an introvert who loves the pen-paper mode! Despite the discomfort, I find the work enjoyable, making it all worthwhile. I completed my PGDM in HRM from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow (2022-24). These two years not only deepened my interest in HRM but also prepared me for a world that relies on productive tools like MS Office, graphs, emails and others that you must be familiar with! I am also associated with Aashman Foundation, an NGO supporting women and children. This experience always makes me question why God has not been kind enough to distribute life's blessings equally. Previously, I worked as an Administrative Associate at the Imperial Institute of Designers, Delhi. The job introduced me to the corporate world and taught me the importance of ethics, integrity and confidently voicing my opinions - learnings I deeply value. I will always be grateful for the experience it has given me. I hold a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Delhi. History has taught me, and continues to teach me, the importance of change and resilience. It is kind of interesting to know about the "history" of things/topics I come across. I enjoy finding connections between the corporate world, history and management studies. Beyond work, I love delving into the world of sociology, philosophy, psychology, music, reading, writing and all things art.
