• While reproducing a bug in the application, I became frustrated with how the UX flow worked in searching. In a very quick bit of code, I dramatically improved the search making it very responsive. In doing so, I fixed the area of the application which was most complained about by our customers. This resulted in a change in how our department was managed, adding hack days into our sprints for developers to create features in the application and present them at the end.
