Hello, I’m currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources at IIT Kharagpur, making an exciting shift into HR after starting out as an Application Developer at IBM. With a tech-first foundation and a growing passion for people, I’ve been fortunate to work across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Analytics during my internships at companies like Nestlé and RITES. Whether it was driving end-to-end recruitment, simplifying appraisal processes using GOI norms, or analyzing data-backed attrition systems, I’ve loved exploring how HR can be both strategic and human-centered. I enjoy working at the crossroads of empathy, data, and business outcomes. I'm comfortable with tools like Excel, Power BI, and AWS, and I’ve got basic hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM as well. Beyond the classroom, I’ve led learning initiatives, contributed to digital HR projects, and made it to the finals (and podium) of several national HR case competitions—from Nomura to IIM Sambalpur to MDI Gurgaon.
