For over 14 years, I've operated at the intersection of product and technology, building digital platforms that are secure and fundamentally user-centric. My journey in FinTech began with hands-on product development, where I was instrumental in launching industry-first solutions: from instant 3-in-1 trading accounts and digital onboarding journeys to sophisticated mutual fund platforms and loan marketplaces. These experiences reinforced a core belief: meaningful innovation in finance must be grounded in trust and regulatory foresight. Today, as Head of Policy and Governance at Dezerv, an investment platform I helped build as part of the founding team, my work focuses on designing and implementing frameworks that translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable governance. My role ensures investor protection, operational resilience, and responsible innovation at scale. I partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to embed compliance directly into our platform strategy while preserving a seamless customer experience. Beyond my role, I am actively involved in shaping India’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiatives, contributing where innovation meets ease of doing business. My goal is to leverage technology policymaking to build a transparent, future-ready wealth management ecosystem for India’s growing investor base—one that is not only secure and compliant but also accessible, efficient, and scalable.
