I am currently working on applying artificial intelligence to computer vision for object detection and classification. I have use Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures such as YOLO v4, SSD, Faster-RCNN for custom applications in Defense. I have implemented a MobileNet SSD on a Raspberry Pi 3 which can run at 7-8 FPS with AI acceleration (Intel NCS).

I also worked with FPGAs and implementing image processing algorithms for smart and mobile Wide- Area Surveillance Systems. I worked with both Altera and XIlinx Devices but now more prevalently on 7-series Xilinx using the Vivado IDE. I have programmed the FPGAs in both VHDL and Verilog.
I have designed over 6 PCB using Altium Designer where the complexity of the boards range from simple to miniature high speed video interface PCB which are mainly for wide area surveillance applications.
